The crash happened Tuesday night on Parkway near Brawley in West Central Fresno.
Police say a woman in her 30's was learning to drive when her foot slipped off the brake and hit the gas. The car ran over a fountain, and hit three people on a nearby bench before hitting the building.
The three people on the bench all had broken legs.
The driver is not facing charges because, police say, it was an accident.
