Selma woman confesses DUI for death of friends

FRESNO, Calif.

Stephanie Soza pleaded "no contest" to two counts of vehicular manslaughter while driving drunk.

Soza's attorney admitted her blood alcohol content was over the legal limit, at .09, when she careened off Highway 180 last year. Her mustang slid down a steep hill and the two passengers who weren't wearing seat belts died.

Soza faces as many as 14 years in prison, but the judge indicated a sentence of just over three years.
