Authorities caught up with Valerie Montanez Thursday night, but are still looking for the other suspect: Pedro Salmeron.
In last month's incident, two visitors from china were shopping at the Winco on Peach Avenue when two suspects stole a backpack belonging to two other shoppers.
In that backpack were $10,000 and two passports.
Anyone with information on where Salmeron might be should call the Fresno Police.
