Starting next month, a commemorative "California Agriculture" license plate will begin appearing on vehicles across the state.
The plate features a yellow sunburst rising over a green field, with the words "food, fiber, fuel, flora".
This is California's first specialty license plate in 11 years. Proceeds from the new plate will go to agricultural education programs around the state.
