Dunlap's Cat Haven set to re-open

FRESNO, Calif.

The cat haven in Dunlap will open to the public tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The facility has been closed since Wednesday when Dianna Hanson was fatally attacked by a lion named "Cous-Cous." Deputies shot and killed the animal.

We know a letter written by Dianna's mother will be read out loud in the morning, and a moment of silence will be held in honor of the 24-year-old at noon.

Cat haven's founder says he got approval from the USDA and Dianna's parents before deciding to open.

He also says it's in the best interest of the remaining 29 cats to bring some normalcy back to the sanctuary.
