Investigators say 38-year-old Frank Reddell is already a registered sex offender on GPS monitoring. According to the three county indictments, Reddell used separate minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct to produce child pornography
He was later arrested by a parole agent who observed him sitting in his car viewing images of child porn.
If convicted, Reddell faces a possible sentence of up to 50 years in prison for each count.
