This year more than 1,000 students acted out poems and dramatic readings in front of parents, teachers and friends.
Students from kindergarten to eighth grade participated. The Tulare County Office of Education says the event encourages students of all ages to find a fun way to perform in front of an audience.
The public event ends tomorrow.
