The 30 unit complex will be ready for occupancy this summer and represents another new beginning in the on-going transformation of downtown into a cultural arts mecca.
The artist whose design is selected will receive $1,000 in compensation for their original artwork, which will be painted at 1612 Fulton by a local muralist. All rights to the selected design will be transferred to Granville Homes.
The artist will have an opportunity to sign and date the piece when the mural is complete. Submit designs and email any questions to agallon@gvhomes.com.
Theme: We are looking for a classy, upbeat, optimistic, colorful mural that reflects the beauty of our community. All submissions should incorporate the phrase "Art inspires life."
