Officials say 17-year-old Pete Spray was arrested in Las Vegas.
He is one of four teenagers wanted for attempted murder and kidnapping on Thursday.
Police booked Spray in the Las Vegas Juvenile Hall on a Tulare County warrant for attempted homicide, kidnapping, and carjacking.
Spray is currently being held without bail.
Authorities are still looking for 13-year-olds Logan Heath and Ronald Jones along with 14-year-old Wyatt Valle.
