Missing Bakersfield man found in Sequoia National Park

Authorities have found a missing South Valley man after a full scale search in Sequoia National Park.

Rangers found the 63-year-old Bakersfield man and his truck 300 feet down a mountain near the Deer Ridge Vista. He had been missing since May 28th.

Officials say he is alive, but the extent of his injuries is unknown right now. Park rangers, the Highway Patrol, and the Tulare and Fresno County Sheriff's offices all assisted in the search.
