The Tulare County District Attorney's Office charged 33-year-old Nolen Burchett with two counts of second degree robbery, two counts of resisting arrest, and one count of evading an officer.
Burchett is still recovering from gunshot wounds and was arraigned from his hospital bed. Officials say he was alert and conscious during the proceeding. He is expected in court next month.
