The site is under renovation and is slated to open later this summer. The majority of new associates will begin work in August to help prepare the store for its grand opening.
The company is looking to hire 95 people. According to the store manager, Walmart will be hiring both full and part-time associates.
A temporary hiring center has opened at 543 Bullard Avenue near Pollasky.
