Officers stopped 34-year-old Victor Ramos Junior and 37-year-old Luis Barrientos early Sunday morning. The men were in a vehicle matching the description of one used in a burglary.
Police searched the car and found stolen property inside. They also linked the suspects to at least six other car burglaries over the last two months.
Both men are on probation and were booked in the Tulare County Jail on several charges.
