Surveillance cameras were rolling when a ghost decided to break in to a liquor store during his late night beer run in Alabama. He was seen running up and down the aisles.
The costumed suspect left before stealing any spirits.
Police say if he can be found, he will be charged with a third degree burglary. That means he will have to change his ghost costume into an prisoner costume for about a year.
