The Fresno State Bulldogs move up one spot to number 16 in the newest BCS standings.

Fresno State is now one spot ahead of fellow Non-AQ school Northern Illinois, which comes in at number 17. If both schools finish inside the top 16 of the final BCS poll, and a head of the champion from an Automatic Qualifying conference (Louisville is number 19 this week), the highest ranked school between Fresno State and NIU will get the BCS bowl invitation.
