Visalia police say it happened just before 1 a.m. Saturday. Shots were fired near a party close to Bridge and Myrtle. Officers found a man lying on the ground, with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital and his condition is unknown at this time. According to witnesses there was some type of fight in the party and then gunshots were heard outside. Police say the shooting might be related to a robbery. No word on how many people are involved.
