The shooting happened near the corner of Schnoor Street and Avenue 16. Officers say the suspect pulled up next to a truck that had two people inside and opened fire.
Two of the people inside the truck were critically injured. The driver was able to drive about a quarter of a mile before he tried to pull off the road, and crashed into a mailbox.
Officers are still looking for suspects, and they are unsure if the crime is gang related.
