The truck was upside down on frontage Road 60. One lane on Highway 99 was closed, but has since reopened. Rescue crews used the Jaws of Life to free the driver who was stuck in the truck. The driver was air lifted to Kaweah Delta Medical Center and only suffered minor injuries.
