March is National Nutrition Month and we're giving you some easy ways to whip up something healthy.

Green Smoothie

Fill a Blender, in this order, with:

  • Small bowl of kale, stems removed
  • 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 an apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana, frozen, cut in half or sliced
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 TB Chia seeds
  • Glass of Ice
Blend (a little longer) and Enjoy!
