Witnesses have reported seeing 18-year-old Cain Sanchez and three other people at the locations of four different arson fires in the same neighborhood since December.
"These houses catch fire, and no one is living in them. It's a nuisance to the neighbors, but it's actually really dangerous because it can catch their house on fire," said Fresno Fire spokesman Koby Johns.
Investigators believe the four may have also vandalized a nearby store.
