Officers arrested 28-year-old Brandon Drum Tuesday. Police say they identified him after extensive interviews with witnesses who were originally reluctant to talk.
The crash happened last May at La Casa Manor Apartments on Sylmar near Olive in East Central Fresno.
The child was thrown across his bedroom. A neighbor found him pinned between a wall and drawer.
Fortunately, the child only sustained minor abrasions and injuries to the facial area.
