FRESNO, Calif. --
Miami police say an incident report made regarding 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was taken out of context and there is no evidence of a crime, much less a sexual assault. The report said that on April 1, a woman was at the apartment of Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette with Kaepernick and 49ers receiver Quinton Patton. She drank with the players, alleges she was encouraged to smoke marijuana, and woke up in a hospital room without knowing how she got there.
A Miami police spokesman says none of the three NFL players involved were arrested, charged or even questioned.
