FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- PG&E is now warning investors that it may be on the hook for more than $2-billion in costs, related to some of the devastating North Bay fires.
The utility giant said the amount does not cover all the fires, saying the cost does not include potential penalties, fines or, lawsuits. Last month, Cal Fire investigators determined PG&E was involved in causing several of the deadly October wildfires.
Investigators said the utility companies' power lines made contact with trees sparking the flames.
