Popolo's Pizza moves to new location

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A longtime valley pizza shop has reopened at a new location in northwest Fresno.

Popolo's pizza has a bigger home at Palm and Nees. The restaurant took over the space left empty when Capo's closed several months ago. Their old location at Blackstone and Herndon had been closed since the beginning of the year because of a plumbing leak, so the timing of their move is perfect.

The new location provides more space for customers and includes a patio and a bigger bar. Owners brought ovens from the old location, the arcade games and some other decoration. They say they are not changing the pizza or the menu.
