FRESNO, Calif. -- Three Clovis East teachers used a 90s hit to convey an important message to Timberwolves this holiday season.

The English and math teachers wrote a remix to Bell Biv DeVoe's "Poison" to remind students to bring canned goods for their annual collection drive.

They held up canned veggies and fruit and even Top Ramen as they sang about the need to help feed families in need. Their food drive has been going on for 13 years, and everything they collect goes to the Community Food Bank.

The schools holiday food drive goal this year is 35 thousand units of food. Each year students and teachers collect several truckloads of food for those hungry and less fortunate.

Some items are also given out to families of students in need.
