Fresno holds annual tire amnesty event

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The city of Fresno and local conservation groups held a tire amnesty event this weekend.

Using a grant from Cal-Recycle, Residents were allowed to dispose of their unwanted tires, up to nine per person.

The amnesty program has been an annual event in the city.
