ID theft materials found in suspect's car, Visalia Police say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia Police have a man in custody accused of identity theft.

James Cunningham, 41, was arrested around 11 yesterday morning during a traffic stop in the area of county center and Mineral King.

Officials say he was found with identity theft materials in his vehicle. Cunningham was booked into the Tulare County Jail.
