More than 600 students had their names read, for completing their undergraduate or master's degree programs.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new class of graduates officially moved over the tassel on their caps at Fresno Pacific University.

More than 600 students had their names read, for completing their undergraduate or master's degree programs.

The graduates were from the main campus in Fresno, as well as regional campuses in Merced, North Fresno, Visalia and Bakersfield.

Former Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin was the featured speaker for the ceremony.
