Visalia student wins new car for perfect attendance

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A South Valley high school student scored a new set of wheels -- all because he hasn't missed a day of school so far this year.

Zane Pollack is a junior at Golden West High School in Visalia. The car was presented to him at a ceremony Thursday night.

Eighty-two high school students from Visalia Unified were entered into a drawing based on their perfect attendance during the current school year, and Pollack was the lucky winner of a brand-new 2015 Nissan Versa.
