27th annual Fresno Reel Pride kicks off in the Tower District

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Wednesday night is the kickoff for the 27th annual Fresno Reel Pride Festival. More than 50 films around the world will be showcased at several venues throughout Fresno's Tower District.

For opening night "Pushing Dead" will be shown at the Tower Theatre.

Other venues involved in the film festival include Mia Cuppa Cafe and the Vista Theatre.
