Less than a day after Bill Cosby's wife Camille broke her silence to defend her husband, their 38-year-old daughter Evin is weighing in on the sexual assault allegations being made against the comedian.

"He is the FATHER you thought you knew. The Cosby Show was my today's tv reality show. Thank you. That's all I would like to say :)," Evin wrote in a statement obtained exclusively by Access Hollywood.

She has also taken to Facebook to voice her thoughts. While not commenting on any specific allegation, on Monday wrote a post on rape.

"Rape is a serious allegation and it is suppose to be taken VERY seriously but so is Falsely accusing someone. When someone rapes a person they go to prison. THAT should also happen to the person that has wrongfully accused an innocent victim. They are not ONLY destroying innocent people's life they are ALSO making it hard for the MEN and Women to find justice when they have been raped."

On Twitter, Evin thanked those supporting her family.

On Monday, Cosby's wife of 50 years made her first public statement about allegations, saying in part, "He is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew."
