HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES -- The 2016 Oscars may be over, but the night was just getting started for most of Hollywood's biggest stars as the after parties got under way.

The glamourous Vanity Fair party kicked off, with Kate Bosworth, Amy Adams, Emilia Clarke, Jon Hamm and many other big names in attendance.

Oscar-winner Alicia Vikander and Liev Schreiber with his wife Naomi Watts attended the Governors Ball, which features lavish food from celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck.

Another big party is Elton John's in West Hollywood, where many stars will attend and the event benefits the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

At all the parties, stars showed off their after-party looks decked out in Chanel, Dior, Vera Wang and many other big-name designers.
