SoCal newborns go home in Christmas stockings

ORANGE, Calif. (KFSN) -- Some California parents got a little something extra in their Christmas stockings this year.

Newborn babies at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange County were wrapped in stockings as they headed home for the first time. The hospital went one step further by outfitting the young ones with red caps too.

St. Joseph Hospital started putting the newborns in stockings five days ago as a way to celebrate the precious holiday gifts many families received this Christmas.
