FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Grocery Outlet is pulling Harris Ranch ground beef off its shelves. That's because they're concerned the product may contain glass.

A woman in Oakland said she found pieces in her meat loaf. This impacts 185 stores of the chain. Harris Ranch said it does not allow any glass in its meat processing facility and will have an independent lab test conducted on the meat to verify the claims.

Store officials said they're also working to find out where the glass came from.
