Overnight Oats
Chef Shayna has two ways to make breakfast easy on yourself and nutritious for the kiddos.

Chef Shayna has two ways to make breakfast easy on yourself and nutritious for the kiddos.

Each jar is 1 serving. In a jar:

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup milk

1TB chia seed

1 TB pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp Vanilla

Measure all ingredients into a clean jar. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning add 1/2 cup chopped fruit and 1 TB nuts.

Alexandria'a favorite combination:

1/4 cup sliced bananas

1/4 cup chopped strawberries

1 TB chopped almonds

Caroline's combination:

1/2 cup kiwis

1 tsp coconut flakes

1 TB crushed cashews
