Slow cooker Paella recipe

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Chef Shayna is making it easy for you to cook a traditional Spanish meal.

Slow Cooker Paella recipe
  • 2 cups Long Grain Rice
  • 1 14 oz can- diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 8 oz package Sausage- Chopped
  • 2-4 Chicken Breasts, Cubed
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 TB Salt
  • 2 TB Parsley
  • 2 TB Garlic, Minced
  • 1 TB Paprika
  1. Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker and set to Low for 5-6 hours.
  2. Stir throughout if you have a chance. Otherwise, set it and leave it.

Serve with Fresh Lemon wedges and fresh Parsley.
