Spring rolls
It's a dish you can serve as a side to Chinese food, or just eat as a snack.

FRESNO, California -- Chef Shayna from the Young Chef's Academy shows us how to make our very own spring rolls.

Ingredients

1 package spring roll wrappers

1 cup streamed sticky rice

1 avocado, scliced

Radishes, thingy sliced

Cucumber, think sliced

Edible flowers

Red bell pepper. Sliced

Peanut Dipping Sauce:

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 Tbsp. chili sauce

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

3/4 cup smooth peanut butter

1/2 tsp around ginger

2 TB honey or sugar

1/4 cup water, adding as needed to thin the sauce

Garnish: Chopped peanuts, sprinkle on red pepper flakes
