Have you seen this man? Madera Police search for assault suspect

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Madera Police say they are looking for 20-year-old Ivan Ruiz after, they say, he brutally attacked a local street vendor.

The incident happened on C Street near 11th Street around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
