Exercise and allergies
Outdoor exercise can be difficult during allergy season.

Outdoor exercise can be difficult during allergy season. Finding out what you are allergic to can be very important so you can understand things to avoid exposure to which may prevent you from needing taking medication.

Some of the symptoms are watery eyes, congestion, and a runny nose, which can be totally intolerable.

To avoid a slowdown from your outdoor activity sometimes you have to avoid the seasonal allergies completely by moving your fitness indoors. I suggest that to anyone that battles seasonal allergies. You want to stay clear of those areas that increase your symptoms.

To stay as active as possible during this season, you can mimic your outdoor routine inside or try strength training indoors.
