Kings County Health Department to administer flu shots

FRESNO, Calif. -- The Kings County Health Department will be giving out flu shots, starting today.

You will now be able to get a flu shot any day of the week at the Kings County Health Department building on Campus Drive in Hanford. However, the only day you can get a shot without an appointment is on Wednesdays when walk-ins are welcome.

The vaccines will cost $5 each.

Government officials recommend that everyone over the age of 6-months get a flu shot.
