Hey ladies! Ever have a question but you were too afraid or embarrassed to ask it? The organization called RAWW wants you to feel free to share what's on your mind.

RAWW or Real Authentic Women Wellness is a women-centric nonprofit that is breaking cultural taboos and barriers surrounding women's health and wellness.

Diana Diaz is the founder. She says RAWW's mission is to enhance women's mental, physical, sexual, spiritual health and connect them with their life's purpose.

The event series RAWWTalks is a platform where high caliber speakers deliver impactful messages on topics that are not typically discussed openly (such as sex, anxiety, weight, spirituality etc.). Diaz sat down with Valley Focus host Margot Kim to discuss RAWW.

The next RAWWTalk is Saturday, January 27th at 5 PM at Lanna Coffee Co. in Downtown Fresno. The first hour is a "Wellness Hour" where women can enjoy minute massages, delicious appetizers catered by Raw Fresno, and a selection of wine.

RAWW Speakers include Arielle Estoria, a spoken word artist and co-author from Pasadena California who will speak about how to trust your inner discerning voice and the power of a still mind.

Dr. Mikell Suzanne Parsons is a Fresno Chiropractor with a specialization in chiropractic neurology. She will speak about how the brain is the true operating system of the body and what happens when it is out of balance along with how to break through fatigue.
