Short on time and you don't know what you should do to get in a workout? Here are some simple moves to get a great workout.

I first start with a nice and smooth chest and shoulder warm up. Then I just lift up to a triceps overhead. Face toward the fit cords and do shoulders raises.

The last exercise is a bicep uppercut with a wide leg squat. Keep your body moving.

Try and do a little something every day to keep you feeling young. Remember you are in charge of your body.
