Man found running through Downtown Fresno with gunshot wound

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A person is being treated for a gunshot wound after being found running wounded through Downtown Fresno.

Police received a call around 12:30 that a person was running with blood on him around M Street and the 41 overpass. The victim was found at Inyo and M Street.

The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

No word on a suspect at this time.

Police said the shooting was gang related.
