Car crashes into former 'The Express' nightclub building

FRESNO, Calif. -- Police are looking for the driver who smashed a car through a building overnight in Central Fresno.

Authorities say the person appeared to be speeding as they came off Highway 180 at Blackstone around 2 a.m. on Tuesday. They say the car went inside the building through one wall, and was partially sticking out of another.

The building was vacant and apparently used to be nightclub called "The Express." Crews need to evaluate the structure later Tuesday morning before they can pull the car out.

Investigators are now trying to gather details on the suspects.
