10th suspect surrenders in Chukchansi Casino takeover attempt

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Another suspect in the violent takeover attempt of the Chukchansi Casino has turned himself in to Madera County authorities.

Brian Auchenbach, 38, of Nevada is the tenth suspect to surrender to authorities. All 10 people are facing charges for the incident that led to the business' closure last month.

The suspects say they were acting as a rightful police force for the tribe, and they did it with an attorney beside them.
