Tips on staying consistent with your New Year's Resolution
A lot of people went to the gym on New Year's Day, but are you staying with it?

When short on time pick 3 exercises. You will need a medium weight that can be used for all three

exercises. The goal is to keep moving from exercise to exercise to make it one fluid cardio motion.

An example of this type of workout is with a medium weight start out with a bicep curl for 10 to 20 reps, immediately transitioning to a tricep kick for 10 to 20 reps, and then immediately transitioning to a shoulder press 10 to 20 reps.

Remember, make sure you can use the same weight throughout all 3 exercises. The key is to stay consistent and be diligent. Doing this daily, your chances of success will be much higher.

Rhonda Murphy is challenging you to exercise 30 minutes per day for the next 100 days.
