Slow Cooker Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken

On these cold rainy days, nothing is better than a warm meal at home.
Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 TB Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup Honey (or 1 cup brown sugar)
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 can black beans
- 2 cups corn
- 1 TB garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours.
- To prep in advance, combine all ingredients in Ziplock bag and freeze flat. For day of preparation, add frozen contents to slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
- Shred chicken.
- Serve over a bowl of rice, with shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado.
