Fresno crash splits car in half

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are on the scene of a car crash that caused one vehicle to split in half.

The accident happened in the area of Clinton and Delno in Central Fresno. Authorities said the car crashed into a tree. Clinton is closed between Fruit and West Avenues while authorities investigate the scene.

The number of victims and the extent of the injuries are unknown. Authorities say no other vehicles were involved.
