Green Smoothie (KFSN)

Combine the following ingredients in a blender:
  • Small bowl of kale or spinach, stems removed
  • 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 an apple, chopped
  • 1 carrot roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 banana, frozen, cut in half or sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pinapple juice
  • 2TB Chia seeds or other super charge
  • Glass of ice
