Armed couple leads Fresno police on pursuit

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police arrested two people Saturday tonight after a pursuit through southeast Fresno.

Officers say Orlando Reyna and Wasoomte Del Toro were driving a stolen car. Police tried to stop the pair near San Madele Avenue and Angus Street.

But the driver took off and led them on a short chase before they were caught.

Police say Reyna is a gang member who was in possession of drugs and Toro had a handgun.
